For much of 2020 the world of Sports ground to a screeching halt. Teams couldn’t take the field, stadiums were locked down and leagues the world over didn’t know how to proceed. This stoppage in play however didn’t stop sports disputes from continuing on. A specialized group of arbitrators help resolve these disputes—one such neutral is this week’s Guest, Clifford Hendel.
Clifford has had a career spanning multiple continents and across many countries. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in commercial, corporate and sports disputes. He also is also a fan of US history and musical theater. He shares some great wisdom on all of this week’s episode of Tales of the Tribunal.
